Introduction

Wu Dong is director of the corporate and cross-border investment committee of Hui Ye Law Firm, obtaining an LLM degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He is also an adjunct professor at East China University of Political Science and Law. He has been practising law for more than 20 years, providing legal services for many multinational corporations, and specialising in foreign investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and aviation law.

Wu is a member of the corporate law committee of the All China Lawyers Association, and has been selected to be vice chairman of the company law committee of the Shanghai Bar Association for 12 consecutive years, an arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission and Nanjing Arbitration Commission, a mediator of the China Chamber of International Commerce, and an independent director of TianYu Eco-Environment (stock code in Shanghai Stock Exchange: 603717).
