Introduction

Yu Peng is a senior partner of Beijing DOCVIT Law Firm. His key practice areas are construction engineering, infrastructure construction, and major commercial dispute resolution. He has 13 years of industry and professional experience in mainland China, and from 2007 to 2014, worked in the compliance department and legal department of central construction enterprises.

Yu is familiar with the characteristics of construction engineering enterprises and has a good background in the construction engineering industry. He has been awarded “The advanced legal worker of national transportation enterprises” and “The 6th excellent legal adviser of national transportation enterprises” by the China Association of Communication Enterprise Management.

Yu has been working as a lawyer in Wuhan, Tianjin and Beijing, successively. He has been deeply engaged in the construction engineering industry, and served as the legal adviser for many construction engineering central enterprises, gaining their high praise and trust. He has rich experience in major civil and commercial litigation, especially in the field of major commercial dispute resolution of construction engineering.
