Introduction

Paul Zhou is senior partner of SGLA Law Firm. He has 20 years’ practice experience in insurance, banking and finance, corporate and commercial, real estate, and has been recognised by Chambers, Legalband and Asialaw as one of the leading lawyers in insurance. He advises the insurance market on policy issues, contract certainty, product development, compliance, and reinsurance, and frequently acts for insurance companies on a range of contentious matters.

His practice in banking and finance concentrates in investment fraud, commercial litigation, corporate finance, regulatory, restructuring and insolvency. Zhou is an arbitrator at CIETAC, SAC, SHIAC and CMAC. He was elected as one of the ALB Top 15 litigators and Client Choice Top 20.
