Wong Yong Kai is a managing director, head of special projects and co-general counsel of CITIC Capital. Wong oversees CITIC Capital’s special projects and overall legal and execution coverage for the company’s outbound investment activities.
Additionally, he is the Executive Vice Chairman of GNC Holdings, a leading global health and wellness company, and general manager of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Holdings. After joining NIO, Fang has been substantially involved in the company’s strategic planning, structure design and strategic financing projects.
