She is an expert in handling major complex and difficult civil and commercial disputes, can always clearly analyse the situation, efficiently find a breakthrough in the problems, and manage a well-organised path to solve the issues. Xue led the team to successfully handle more than 10 major lawsuits through various resolution methods, including arbitration, litigation, mediation and negotiation, related to contracts, companies and finance etc. In a major contract dispute, Xue went through litigation and countersuits in courts and arbitration institutions in Qingdao, Beijing, Jinan and other places. The whole dispute resolution process took five years, which involved more than 10 large and small lawsuits. Eventually it won a huge amount of RBM1.6 billion of damages for breach of contract, which strongly safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the group. After leading the completion of a college equity acquisition project, it was found that a historical legacy case in the execution phase had many doubts and might cause illegal loss of assets. After reviewing a large amount of historical information and careful discussion, a series of favourable evidence sufficient to overturn the effective verdict was finally found, and timely measures such as counter-appeals were taken, and the case was suspended from execution and entered into retrial. And there are many similar classic cases. |
