China recently signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the Automatic Exchange of Information of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports. As of 12 May 2016, the MCAA has 39 participating jurisdictions that have committed to automatically exchanging CbC reports.
