Job Description
This Hong Kong prestigious organization is looking to add a hands-on Compliance Manager to its legal team based in Guangzhou to provide legal and compliance support to their business units and associated companies across China. You will lead Guangzhou’s compliance team to effectively implement the company’s compliance programs and oversee their business activities and new initiatives in complying with applicable law and regulations.
Requirements
You must have a degree in engineering, accounting, law, or finance with over 8 years’ compliance experience, preferably with MNCs, consultancy firms and/or accounting firms. Hands-on experience in implementing compliance programs for Chinese operating entities in PRC is necessary, as well as solid experience in gap analysis, issue spotting, and compliance reporting. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is mandatory. REF: 16455/VTA
