Introduction

Xie Ruoting is a dispute resolution partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng. In more than 13 years of practice, Xie has handled hundreds of lawsuits before all levels of China’s courts and arbitration institutions concerning a variety of substantive areas including contract, corporation, finance, real estate, insurance and IP. The main clients of Xie include China Resources National Corporation, Sohu and PICC.

Xie has demonstrated a fabulous sense of control, and risk forecasting abilities. She is skilled at designing concrete schemes based on clients’ needs and a specific case’s characteristics, and always strives to the utmost for the legal interests of clients. Xie holds an LLM from China University of Political Science and Law. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, she worked for another leading PRC law firm, and also the legal department of an SOE.
