Established in 1992, Longan Law Firm is one of the earliest privately owned law firms in China. Having been restructured into a limited liability partnership in 2017, Longan continues to provide superb legal services to clients worldwide with diligence and integrity. The past 29 years or so have witnessed Longan’s growth into a large law firm with more than 1,700 practising lawyers and 300 partners, with its headquarters in Beijing and more than 32 offices across China (including in Hong Kong).
