Introduction

Cui Liguo is founding partner and chairman of the management committee of Guantao Law Firm. With over 20 years of experience in practicing law, Cui specializes in capital market, M&A, investment and financing.

He has provided legal services for onshore/offshore offerings and listing projects of stocks, bonds and trust funds of many corporations and institutions, as well as share purchases and asset purchases of many listed and non-listed companies at home and abroad, covering a wide range of industries, including mineral, energy, pharmaceutical, real estate, manufacturing, communication, hotel, electric power, finance, electronics, food and special steel.
