Introduction

Yun Dahui is a partner of Beijing Hylands Law Firm, the founder and head of the family wealth management and inheritance team. She has been practicing for more than 22 years, has served a large number of clients and has extensive experience in the fields of commercial dispute resolution, investment and financing, corporate equity and dilemma resolution. In recent years, she has been deeply rooted in wealth planning and art investment legal affairs, and has been trusted and respected by customers. She edited the Legal Risk Prevention of Art Investment and Legal Practice of Family Wealth Management and Inheritance.

As for social activities, Yun is a member of the China Business Law Society, a member of the Legal Culture Research Association of China Law Society, a researcher of the China Arts Economics Research Institute, a part-time professor and a master professor of the Law School of Renmin University and the Political Science and Law School of the Capital Normal University.

In recent years, Yun has won the Thomson Reuters 2019 ALB China Client of Choice Award for her profound professional level and deep influence in the industry, and the Family Wealth Management Area which she leads won the 2019 China Business Law Awards – Law Firm of The Year.
