Introduction

Yan Guozhe is a senior partner and member of the management committee of Jia Yuan Law Offices. He graduated from the Law School of the Central University of Finance and Economics. Yan has been practicing law for nearly 20 years, and his main practice areas focus on capital markets and finance.
