Introduction

Qin is a partner at Rui Bai Law Firm, which is an independent law firm and a member of the PwC global network of firms. Prior to joining Rui Bai Law Firm, Qin was a partner of a local law firm in Beijing. He specializes in dispute resolution, employment law and general corporate. He obtained a Master of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law. He is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.

As a legal counsel to foreign investment enterprises, Qin’s services have been praised by clients. As a result, he has been continually recommended as one of the leading lawyers by the well-known ranking and recognition organizations in the legal profession, such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Asialaw Leading Lawyers.
