Introduction

John Jiang served for two consecutive terms as a member of the 10th and 11th Public Offering Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. He was appointed by the Shanghai municipal government as a member of the Professional Committe for Promoting the Development of Shanghai Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2010. He has served as a member of the Finance & Securities Committee of All China Lawyers Association since 1996 and a member of internal review committees of several security companies since 2010.

John was selected as the Asia Law Leading lawyer by China Law & Practice，rated as one of the recommended lawyers by Legal 500 in 2017, named as the leading Asia lawyer in 2016, 2017 and 2018 by the Asialaw Profiles for his outstanding performance in banking & finance, capital market, corporate and M&A and ranked by Legalband as one of the “top lawyers in China” .

John has practiced for over 30 years since 1988 and acquired rich experiences in advising domestic and overseas initial public offering and listing, refinancing of listed companies, M&A transactions, private equity investment, cross-border investment, cross-border bank financing, etc.
