Introduction

Gao Xiang graduated from Peking University Law School with an LLB degree in 2002, and then obtained an LLM degree from London School of Economics and Political Science
in 2004.

Gao has been a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2008. Before joining Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2004, he worked at China Resources Land Limited as a legal adviser.

Gao specializes in the fields of capital markets (domestic & overseas), mergers & acquisitions, security compliance matters, etc. He has been responsible for a series of projects of corporation restructuring, IPOs, bond issuance, etc.

Gao has obtained the PRC lawyer’s qualification certificate in China.

Gao is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
