Introduction

Since 1994, Denning Jin’s practice has focused on complex commercial and financial litigation, insurance litigation, large-scale litigation on torts, international and domestic commercial arbitration, patent litigation, and IP-related antitrust litigation. Since 2008, Jin has served as an arbitrator of CIETAC, SHIAC, HKIAC, Hangzhou Arbitration Commission and the Arbitration Center Across the Straits, as well as a CEPA Mediator of the CIETAC Investment Dispute Settlement Center.

Jin is experienced in dealing with disputes involving industrial products supply, sales of goods, lease, business cooperation, share transfer and M&A. Recently, he has also been dealing with major arbitration cases of disputes involving the internet, finance and PE investment, advertisement and entertainment, intellectual property and antitrust. Jin studied law in East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) and obtained his two master’s degrees in University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and Georgetown Law.
