Job Description
Our client, a global financial services giant, is seeking a Chief Legal Officer to join their Executive team and head up their China legal team to provide legal support to the business and protect the company’s reputational interests. You will spearhead the legal capacities to structure complex cross-border transactions, advise on new products, and resolve investors’ disputes.
Requirements
Ideally, you possess a minimum of 10 years of related legal experience as in-house counsel at a leading international financial institution and/or a top-tier law firm with domestic exposure to capital markets transactions. A PRC-qualified attorney with solid knowledge in PRC financial services rules and regulations is sought.You should also have proven drafting and communication skills, along with fluent English and Mandarin Chinese language skills.
