As a qualified patent attorney, Chen focuses on IP dispute resolutions, such as foreign trademark infringement, well-known trademark recognition, conflict over trademark and brand name rights, as well as counterfeiting of commodities, packaging and clothing, and plagiarism of books, games and elements.
