Job Description
Our client is a leading offshore law firm recognized for its vast experience in Hong Kong and Cayman/BVI capital markets transactions and a notable client base in the Asia Pacific region. They are looking for a partner-level candidate aiming to leverage some great transaction experience across offshore jurisdictions to complement a thriving corporate team.
Requirements
You are ideally well versed in Hong Kong IPOs with significant experience in handling Cayman/BVI legal issues. The ideal candidate is confident in the development of client relationships and the ability to drive the firm’s business and lead through example. Admission in Cayman/BVI is mandatory. REF: 16259/VTA
