A recent boardroom reshuffle at Duan & Duan saw William Wu take over as director from Steven Gong. Gong is now chairman, while Charles Duan was appointed the lifelong honorary chairman, and George Wang is executive chairman.

Duan is the founder of Duan & Duan. His practice area includes capital markets, international trade, foreign direct investment, corporation and commercial, securities and banking, project financing, arbitration and litigation and insurance.
