BMT Group has picked up a 60% stake in Involute Technologies for ₹1.7 billion (US$26 million).
The purchase was made through an affiliate of IGW International (part of BMT Group). IGW International is a Belgian conglomerate that has manufactured premium customized gears and gearboxes for over 65 years. It has a global presence in countries including Romania, the Czech Republic, China and the US.
