B&F partner joins Deacons 

Erica Wong has joined Deacons in Hong Kong as a partner in the firm’s corporate finance practice group.

Prior to Deacon, Wong worked for an array of international law firms in Hong Kong including Linklaters, MinterEllison, King & Wood Mallesons, Freshfields, Allen & Overy and Ogier.

Her experience includes syndicated, club and bilateral financing, real estate financing, acquisition financing, pre-IPO and margin financing.
