Our client is a leading international law firm looking for a Banking & Finance associate to join the team. The role covers all sorts of financing structures, including: bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, as well as more complicated financing structures, such as receivables-based financing, project finance, on-shore off-shore financing, receivables purchase facilities, limited recourse pre-payment facilities, leverage finance facilities, etc.
