Job Description
Various positions are now available for US-qualified corporate lawyers at this highly regarded international firm as they are looking to strengthen their Hong Kong investment funds practice with high-calibre associate hires. You will work with their market-leading team, advising some of the world’s most ambitious fund managers and leading international investors on a wide range of private investment funds.
Requirements
Ideal candidates should be US educated and qualified with solid experience in general corporate and PE/VC fund formation with a top-tier international law firm. Native Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken, is essential. REF: 16593/VTA
