Job Description
We are looking for a high-calibre Associate with solid experience in M&A and private equity transactions to join a top-rated China corporate practice of a US international law firm based in Beijing or Hong Kong. This role is a unique chance to join one of the premier names in China and work with Chinese multinational companies, international corporations, and major financial institutions throughout the Greater China region.
Requirements
Our client is keen to speak with Hong Kong/New York qualified Corporate Associates with at least 4 years’ PQE at a leading Chinese or international law firm, ideally with predominately M&A and private equity experience. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese is required. REF: 16622/VTA
