Job Description
A well-established and dynamic global digital platform is seeking an experienced corporate commercial lawyer to join their growing APAC legal team. Based in Hong Kong as a strategic partner to the team, you will support their regional businesses initiatives including advising on corporate legal matters, commercial agreements, corporate governance, and ongoing compliance, regulatory and licensing requirements.
Requirements
To be considered, you must be Hong Kong or PRC qualified lawyer with 4-6 years’ PQE gained within an international law firm/ financial services firm or a multinational insurance platform. Ability to effectively communicate in Mandarin and English and draft in Chinese are a prerequisite so are strong interpersonal and project management skills.
