Job Description
This is an opportunity for a junior banking lawyer to join a top-tier banking practice in Hong Kong. Activity will include cross-border transactions, complex syndicated financings, bilateral loans, leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance, real estate, development finance, and structured finance transactions. Our client regularly acts for major investment banks, PE sponsors, funds, debt providers, and financial institutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be Common Law qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE of banking experience, ideally across the following areas: general banking, mainstream syndicated lending, leveraged finance restructuring, real estate, and/or project finance. Candidates with fluent Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) skills and international exposure/experience are preferred. REF: 16168/VTA
