Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance lawyer to work in an area of high growth. An international law firm is seeking a banking and finance lawyer with fund finance experience to join its growing team in Singapore. You will work closely with Singapore’s finance partners and team, advising top-tier clients including major banks, financial institutions, and funds on multi-jurisdictional financings.
Job Requirements
- Ideally, you are Singapore qualified with over 3 years’ experience in fund finance.
- A fast learner and good team player who can handle transactions independently and supervise juniors is sought. REF: 16908/VTA
