Job Description
This Magic Circle law firm is looking for a mid to senior-level Associate to join their highly regarded M&A team in Singapore. You will work closely with the team advising local and multinational corporations, investment banks, and governments on notable and complex M&A and PE transactions in the Asia Pacific.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be Common Law qualified with 3 to 6 years’ PQE in M&A or PE transactions with top-tier international law firms. Strong drafting and communication skills are necessary. REF: 16069/VTA
