Job Description
Our client is a top-tier UK firm with a long presence in China and is now looking for a mid to senior-level associate to join an excellent corporate team in Beijing. Working with partners and other team members, you will advise Chinese companies and investment funds on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, strategic investment, and capital markets.
Job Requirements
- Applications are welcome from associates with at least 3-6 years’ PQE who have stellar academic profiles and extensive experience working at leading PRC and international firms.
- Strong drafting skills and fluent English and Mandarin Chinese languages are mandatory. REF: 16885/VTA
