Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a PRC-qualified corporate lawyer to join a busy corporate team in China. Our client is one of the most respected global firms, and they are seeking a junior associate for their Shanghai office. You will focus on China-related corporate and regulatory transactions, including M&A, FDI, joint ventures, and general corporate projects.
Job Requirements
- You will have 3-5 years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally gained at a leading Chinese or international firm.
- Dual qualifications in PRC and an overseas Bar are highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese are mandatory.
