Job Description
-Handling of litigation matters pan India before various Courts,matters referred to Arbitration.
-Advising on land-related laws, IBC litigation matters,
-Exp in NCLT , arbitration,property matters
Requirements
LLB/LLM with 10-15 years of total experience , 5-6 years of law firm experience will be preferred.
Expertise in –
a) NCLT / IBC matters (litigation)
b) Land Laws
c) Arbitration
d) General disputes
e) Litigation Management
Industry exp – Manufacturing or any other leading brand
