Introduction

Chuong is the managing partner of Global Vietnam Lawyers and has more than 20 years of rich and professional service experience in consulting corporate, M&A, and real estate matters.

Along with his extensive knowledge of corporate, private Equity, Hong Kong and Singapore IPO advisory, M&A, Real Estate, and cross-border investment, Chuong has advised and completed a large amount of complex legal projects involving both domestic and foreign companies.
