Introduction

Matthew Gardner is the managing partner of Maples and Calder’s Cayman Islands office, head of the firm’s Cayman Islands corporate practice and co-head of its global corporate practice. His practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial work, including joint ventures, public offerings, M&A, and re-organisation. He has extensive experience in investment funds, private equity, banking, structured finance and capital markets transactions.
