Introduction

Kozo Yabe is a partner in Midosuji’s intellectual property and international corporate practice groups. He graduated with an LLB from Chuo University in Tokyo and with an LLM from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Law in the US. He deals with intellectual property dispute resolutions, transactions, and corporate compliance, as well as his other major practice of international corporate transactions, including M&A. His area of practice also ccoverthe data regulations for various industries.
