Hiroto Inoue

Hiroto Inoue is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on real estate related-matters including real estate funds, real estate financing, real estate securitization and Japanese REIT (J-REIT) formation. He also has extensive experience with joint ventures and M&A transactions.

Inoue received an LLB degree in 1998 from the University of Tokyo and was admitted to the bar of Japan in 2000. He received an LLM degree from Columbia Law School in 2005 and an LLM degree in banking law and financial regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2006. He became a partner at NO&T in 2009.
