Introduction

Apart from general corporate and M&A practices, as a banking and finance partner at VILAF, Vu Trung has counselled clients in numerous domestic and international bonds issuance transactions and assisted a wide range of lenders in their lending and project financing transactions in Vietnam. In aviation practice, Trung has assisted several foreign financiers and lessors in their aircraft leasing and aircraft financing in Vietnam.
