Introduction

Nguyen Duy Linh has been a partner at VILAF since 2000 and has intensive experiences in the corporate, commercial and dispute resolution areas, including construction, insurance, leases, representative offices, contract laws, trading, distribution, and employment matters. He has assisted many foreign investors and financiers in various corporate restructuring transactions and infrastructure projects. Linh has represented clients in several landmark litigation and arbitration cases.

Linh was awarded “Dispute Resolution Star” and “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific in 2018 and 2021, respectively. He has also been recommended as a Leading Lawyer by AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers in dispute resolution and litigation for six successive years from 2014. Linh is currently listed in Leading Individuals by The Legal 500.

Linh is an Arbitrator of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre and a Mediator of the Vietnam Mediation Centre.
