Introduction

Dang Chi Lieu is the founder and chairman of DNA Vietnam, a boutique transactional law firm focusing on foreign investment and business law in Vietnam. The firm’s practice areas consist of corporate, M&A, energy, TMT, commerce, banking and financial services.
