Introduction

Tran Anh Hung is a co-founder and managing partner of BROSS & Partners. He has over 20 years of experience in advising and practicing laws in Vietnam relating to corporate and M&A, banking and finance, contract, real estate and construction, insurance, energy, environment, labour and employment, arbitration, litigation and dispute resolution, criminal practice.

Before jointly forming BROSS & Partner, Hung had worked for some prestige foreign and local law firms in Vietnam, where he earned much knowledge and experience for his practices. He also has gained great successes and was highly appreciated by clients for his professional advice.

His clients include both foreign and domestic ones such as Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical (NSRP), Zamil Steels, ZTE Vietnam, Huawei, Powerchina Huadong, Samsung Vina, Sojitz, Showa, FPT Software, Petrolimex, Sembcorp, Formosa and many more.
