Introduction

Chuong is the managing partner of Global Vietnam Lawyers and has about 20 years of rich and professional service experiences in consulting corporate, M&A, and real estate matters. He has led various a large number of legal projects regarding corporate, restructuring and M&A of varied domestic and foreign companies.

Along with his extensive knowledge of corporate, private equity, Hong Kong and Singapore IPO advisory, M&A, real estate, cross-border investment and construction, Chuong has advised and completed large amount of legal projects regarding M&A of foreign-owned corporations and assisted in resolving intricate tax issues linked to restructuring and M&A operations of varied companies.

Chuong has been identified by Asia Business Law Journal as one of Vietnam’s Top 100 Lawyers for 2020, awarded as an in-house community – commended external counsel of the year for 2017 by In-House Community and awarded many times as a leading lawyer in private equity, real estate and corporate/M&A by independent legal publications including AsiaLaw Profiles, the Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000.
