Introduction

Dang Chi Lieu is a founder and chairman of DNA Vietnam, a boutique law firm offering legal services in various areas of law relating to the foreign investment and the operation of business entities in Vietnam. Before this, he was a local partner at a leading global law firm in charge of M&A, corporate, project development and insurance.

As a deal lawyer, he works closely with clients at every stage of the transaction process, from pre-transaction preparation and deal structuring in order to maximize value and minimize risk, through due diligence, drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, and ultimately to closing and post-closing advice. He partners with clients to tackle complex problems in a variety of industries such as energy, construction, finance, automobile, telecoms, food and beverage.

He is a frequent speaker at many conferences and workshops on topics related to M&A and energy.
