Introduction

Dianyndra Kusuma Hardy is an expert in commercial dispute resolution, real estate, construction, restructuring, and insolvency. Besides his extensive experience in dispute resolution, he supervises construction projects and real estate transactions and operations. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Trisakti University and his masters from Indonesia University. Dianyndra is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He was appointed as head of the education and training department at PERADI Young Lawyers Committee.

Dianyndra has been named in Indonesia’s A-List: Top 100 Lawyers by Asia Business Law Journal (2019-2021), awarded dispute resolution star for construction and insolvency by Benchmark Litigation (2019), notable practitioner by Asialaw, recommended lawyer for dispute resolution by Legal 500 Asia Pacific and nominated as the lawyer of the year by Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific Awards 2019. He was also named as an Indonesia rising star by 2021 Asian Legal Business.
