Introduction

Jae Hoon joined Lee & Ko in 1986 and practiced in the Corporate Practice Group for 10 years. He then moved to head the IP practice group at Lee & Ko. Jae Hoon has served as a member of the management committee at Lee & Ko for over 10 years. He served as vice-chair for licensing and distribution committees of the International Bar Association and drafted Korean Fair Trade Commission guidelines for licensing. Throughout his professional career, Jae Hoon has been involved in numerous landmark cases, representing multinational companies in patent/trademark litigation. He has earned reputation as a brilliant litigation strategist and was named a top IP practitioner by numerous evaluators, including Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. He is admitted to the Korean and the New York bars.
