Introduction
Jiro Mikami is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on banking & finance, project finance, securitization/structured finance, asset management, financial regulations. He also has extensive experience in real estate, J-REITs, restructuring/insolvency, natural resources and energy, construction and infrastructure, general corporate, M&A.
