Mergers & acquisitions (both domestic and cross border transactions). M&A is one of our key practice areas having represented more than 100 cases in the past three years alone across a variety of industries.
Capital markets (equity offerings with both domestic and international IPO experience, secondary and follow on offerings/debt offerings/tender offers). We provide comprehensive securities and regulatory advice with significant experience in working with the regulatory bodies in Thailand, including the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Restructuring & tax (tax planning on restructurings and business for cost-saving tax implications). Partners Chinawat Assavapokee and Saravut Krailadsiri are recognised among the top legal tax specialists in Thailand.
Investment-related laws & FDI (for international clients investing in Thailand, helping determine the most effective investment structure to use, establishing an investment entity, applying for BOI promotions, business licences and permits).

TMT (technology, media and telecoms). We have unique expertise in tech startups, new technology and media and have guided various firms, entrepreneurs and small businesses through the complex process of getting set-up in Thailand through sharing strategic and legal advice.
China Business Unit. Given recent strong demand in providing a bilingual and bicultural consultancy to help the unique challenges specifically faced by Chinese clients, in 2018 we launched a China Business Unit headed by Chinese born Mayuree (Lin Xiao Din) who was educated and has lived in Thailand since she was 14. She has been assisting Chinese enterprises for more than a decade in FDI, M&A and real estate.
