Harshit Anand, formerly a counsel at Trilegal, has now become a partner in the corporate practice at AP & Partners. He specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate and disputes advisory.
Anand has more than a decade of experience and has been associated previously with several law firms such as Mori Hamada & Matsumoto’s Tokyo office where he served as a foreign attorney and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices (formerly L&L Partners). He was also an assistant legal adviser at Oil and Natural Gas.
“The firm is growing steadily and his experience in private equity as well as private and public M&A matters will add to our delivery capabilities,” said Anand Prasad, senior partner.
AP & Partners has an office in New Delhi with a team comprising five partners and 30 lawyers.
