Dong has expertise in handling complex foreign-related litigation and arbitration, and international commercial arbitration cases. He also has experience in international bulk sales of goods, cross-border investments and mergers, international technology transfer and IP protection, and international commercial agency contract dispute resolution.
Zhao focuses on advising on complex cross-border dispute resolution cases, with expertise in international commercial and investment arbitration, and ad hoc arbitration rules. She advises clients on corporate and commercial dispute resolution in private equity investments, M&A, corporate governance, Sino-foreign joint ventures, shareholder disputes and other securities.
