AnJie Broad Law Firm has hired Wang Zhining and Zhao Mingqing as partners to strengthen the firm’s anti-monopoly and capital markets business.
The Beijing-based Wang, who formerly practised at T&D Associates, has extensive experience in anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition, especially focusing on merger filings, administrative anti-monopoly investigations, civil anti-monopoly litigation, and compliance in this area.
Specialising in domestic IPO, private placement and refinancing, Zhao would advise on the capital markets and securities business in the Shenzhen office. He can also act on due diligence in investments and M&A, and assist private equity funds to complete manager registration.
Before joining AnJie Broad, Zhao practised at DeHeng Law Offices.
