A team of seven lawyers from AM Law has joined Juris Corp, boosting the firm’s commercial, dispute resolution, intellectual property and real estate capabilities.
The team includes AM Law’s co-founder, Mustafa Motiwala, who has more than 20 years’ experience in legal practice. Motiwala co-founded AM Law in 2006, having previously worked at Hooseini Doctor and Co, Dua Associates and PDS legal. His areas of expertise include banking, debt recovery, intellectual property, M&A and media and entertainment. He is also a fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
Motiwala joins Juris Corp as an equity partner. He will oversee several practices at the firm, including corporate commercial, dispute resolution, intellectual property, real estate and media and entertainment.
